- Please provide name, address, email, DOB, date of incident, telephone number and any special requests re appointment timing/venue.
- You will receive an appointment for the claimant within 24 hours
- We will email the claimant the appointment details. We will ask them to confirm that they are able to attend.
- We will telephone any claimants who have not confirmed their appointment and remind/offer alternative dates
- Within 5 days of the appointment we will email the report to you and also provide the invoice.
